It should be also added under the notes for Tower of Death.

This was reissued in a standard edition (without the slipcover and booklet) with a revised disc that fixed the subtitle error.

All of them except for Tower of Death. I previously thought they were incomplete but maybe I was wrong. It's better to just delete those notes.
