A nice easy one - other than being released by Roadshow Entertainment, this is identical to the UK release. I've already got the Australian Seasons 3 and 4 typed up as well and they're the same, but if it's easier for you to just copy and paste what you've already got, let me know and I'll cross ...

Ah, yes. I hadn't thought of that. It was a standard side-opening slipbox. It got thrown straight in the cupboard with all the other slipcovers on arrival!

I'm not sure how much of this you'll need beyond the ASIN as it's exactly the same as the Scandinavian release already listed.
