CIA requested changes to Zero Dark Thirty

Whenever a film needs the help of a US army for locations, technology etc they always veto the script. this has been going on for a long time.

Back in 1986, the Pentagon got very annoyed with Clint Eastwood over Heartbreak Ridge for the scene in which Clint kills a wounded Cuban soldier. They said no such event ever happened and wanted it taken out. Clint refused and the Pentagon withdrew support for the film.

Yeah, it's like in those old Soviet movies, it's all about happy communism. :-D
