I am 95% sure this is a bootleg (Spain is horrible for bootlegging openly and even stores like Amazon sell them without action being taken).

Do you have scans of the back cover at all Steven?
I work away a lot but I will reply to all PM's within a few days so please have patience!

This seems legit to me. It has the DVD company's logo (Cine) at the beginning and professional-looking chapter stops.

I don't feel like getting my camera out and recharging the batteries when there are already these two pics online:

And here's the distributor's page for this movie, which looks pretty legit:

No licensing info on the back cover which raises a lot of questions, and there does seem to be a couple of posts of concern at mundodvd (the big Spanish DVD forum), but there also seems to be notes to their legitimacy too. I'll look more into this tomorrow.

Couldn't confirm either way, so have added it. Thanks Steven!

In my first post to this thread, I said, "Image quality isn't so great: the disc has only 2881 MB of
data," but I just obtained the R2 Manga Films Mujeres Prehistoricas Spain DVD -- which has
the extras found on the American, Greek and UK DVDs -- and the disc has only 3127 MB on it.
