Althogh not labelled as such, the US Diamond Anniversary BD is basically a dual format edition containing both discs of the standalone DVD. The current listing doesn't make this at all clear and the DVD listing should also be amended to refect its additional availability.

It's also worth noting, according to an ongoing thread on HomeTheaterForum, that the CD appears to be no longer included with new copies. When present, it comes in a card sleeve shrinkwrapped to the outside of the case.
