Source: I own a copy

Additional notes:

The extras seem to be almost identical to the VCI release already in the database. I do not own a copy of the VCI release, but as far as I can tell, the minor differences are:

1. VCI has a restoration comparision (2:52), AL!ve does not.
2. AL!ve includes the German Theatrical Trailer, VCI does not.
3. AL!ve has some scrolling Blu-ray production credits (2:26) (but of little consequence).
4. Al!ve has a single image gallery (12:47), but I expect it probably contains the same images as the separate VCI galleries (12:41 total)
5. Al!ve has a longer "Gorgo - Video Comic Book and Comic Book Cover Gallery" (34:03) vs. VCI's (32:05)

Overall though, this 2017 AL!ve release seems to be better than the VCI release, as AL!ve has the superior AVC MPEG-4 video codec vs. VCI's MPEG-2, although note that Al!ve has the inferior audio of Dolby Digital vs. VCI's LPCM.

There seem to be at least three (!) other German Blu-ray releases:

ASIN B00JOX78XG - according to amazon.de, this was released on 6th June 2014. This is an earlier Al!ve release. According to Blu-ray.com it is a digibook, with an MPEG-2 video codec, LPCM mono audio in both English and French, plus an LPCM 2.0 isolated score track, so it may well be similar to the VCI release, although I do not know what extras it has.

ASIN B013Q0IKAC - according to amazon.de, this was released on 5th November 2015. The case is blue, but has similar artwork to the 2017 release detailed above. However, looking at the back cover it appears to have fewer extras - possibly some exclusive ones though. Also the releasing companies seem to be different.

ASIN B01FSI8A6Y - a Limited Edition mediabook release, which seems to have a choice of covers. I do not know much about this one.
