- Discs 1-3 have the option of English, French or German menus.
- The Box erroneously states the Aspect Ratio to be 2:35:1: when it's actually 2:40:1.
- The Box doesn't mention the French and German DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 or English and German LPCM 2.0 Stereo tracks.
- The Box doesn't mention either the French or German Subtitles.
- Discs 1 & 2 default to the English LPCM 2.0 Stereo soundtrack.
- Discs 1 & 2 use the 2018 4K remaster by Studio Canal that was supervised and approved by the film's DoP, Gary B. Kibbe.
- Disc 1 supports HDR and Dolby Vision.
- If the French or German menus are selected, the "Original EPK: The Making Of They Live" featurette is re-named to just "Making Of".
- Disc 3 has no Options menu, thus the Subtitles have to be selected via your remote.
- Discs 3 & 4 aren't mentioned on the box and it's implied that all the extras are on Disc 2. The Poster, Booklet and Postcards aren't mentioned either.

As a side note, the Amazon link to this set in the existing Bluray comparison is broken and doesn't work. Also note that there is a UHD+BD Steelbook available but I don't know what the specs are or how many discs it includes. I don't know if you want to include this but the BBFC re-rated this film a few months back and dropped the Certificate to a 15 but for some unknown reason, Studio Canal decided to stick with the older 18 Certificate they were given back in 2008.
