Movie-Censorship theatrical vs director's cut comparison for both pages.

The DVD footnotes contain numerous references to them all being the theatrical cut only. This is unnecessary as the director's cut is exclusive to BD. Suggested footnote:
Originally denied final cut on the film, del Toro later had the chance to go back and create a true director's cut, but it's exclusive to Blu-ray.

Not true as the Director's cut is out at least in Germany and possibly other countries. Updated both pages.
