Not sure if most people know this but there was a second release of the movie on DVD in 2008. It contains almost the exact same content from the original 2003 release but is on one disc, only has the 4:3 setting, removes the easter eggs and replaces the Trailers & Previews with ones that reflect recent VeggieTales videos at that time.

Source: I own the DVD in question. ASINs come from the Universal Pictures 2018 reprint since I could only find the US and Canadian equivalents for that release instead of the 2008 one.

Yep, that's the exact one I have! VeggieTales DVDs are usually distributed by Word Entertainment in Christian bookstores, that's why I labelled that company as the distributor.

It's on the packaging of the version I have, which is this one: https://g.christianbook.com/g/slideshow ... 99_bkc.jpg The versions of those VeggieTales videos released in mass markets before Universal started distributing them do not have Word Entertainment on the packaging at all.

The concept art without commentary is literally just a collection of still images you use the arrows on your remote to navigate. With the commentary, the images will advance automatically without user input although you can still use the buttons on your remote for that.

That being said, the art gallery with Michael Spooner commentary is about 8:51, while the Joe Sapulich commentary is about 22:08. Both commentaries actually cue up different sets of concept art alongside the no commentary option.
