I’d have added it to the existing Scandinavian release simply as the 4th disc.

Please note that the UK release now has an incorrect ASIN. This is not the sequel Full Metal Panic — FUMOFFU but the original series. I presume B000UWXM0S is the correct ASIN.

Updated the ASIN.
If the 4th volume was available with 1,2,3 then it could be part of the Scandinavia entry, but as it is only available separately, entered as a separate entry.
