A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! (2011) ADDED

These are Amazon manufacture-on-demand DVD & Blu-ray discs. They are sold separately. I am listing them both together in this one post because it makes things less confusing :-)

The movie is also available on a single-disc "A Fairly Odd Movie Trilogy" DVD-R release (ASIN: B00NWRKKK8) containing A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!, A Fairly Odd Christmas, and A Fairly Odd Summer. I don't have that release, but it would seem that the Trilogy disc is just the three movies only (missing the Grow Up bonus features) and only containing the "Extended Cut" of Grow Up. Runtime listed equals the three films added up:

* Back: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/EkEAAOSw ... -l1600.jpg

When the movie aired on Nickelodeon on July 9, 2011, it was promoted as the "Extended Premiere Version" and ran for 1hr 14min with commercials. (Yes, I originally recorded it off TV back then and still have my note about it.) Subsequent re-airings edited it down to fit into a one-hour time slot with commercials. Nickelodeon decided that this edited version would be considered the "normal" version, and the original unedited version would be deemed the "Extended Cut". When it was originally released on DVD-R through Amazon, they decided to include both cuts of the movie, even though the edited cut is irrelevant with the unedited version present. Amazon got lazy when putting it out on recorded Blu-ray a few years later. They re-used the DVD artwork (reformatted for a Blu-ray case, of course), thus leaving the mention of the two cuts and the bonus features, eventhough they would not be included on the disc. Only one cut of the movie is present on the Blu, and thankfully, it's the unedited "Extended Cut".

English Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo. I thought that would be obvious given how recent the movie and disc are.

One thing I have learnt in my years on this site - nothing is ever straightforward and to never assume. :lol:

I'll get these added later, thanks.
