The Amazon link says "Metalpak" but you listed "keep case". Which is correct?
"Die Vögel" (2:16)

Is this for Hitchcock's "The Birds"?

Hitchcock's "The Birds" (Die Vögel) has exclusively been a Universal Pictures release around the world and never licensed to other territories. Seems very strange that Splendid has this on their DVD. The original trailer for "The Birds" is a long 5 minutes, so this seems a lot shorter. Is it a dubbed German new trailer or an alternate English one?

Why can you not answer that? Could you watch the trailer and let us know if it is Hitchcock dubbed in German or not?

To be clear, this is not "Kaw" (2007)? The German title is "Die Vogel - Attack from Above" and distributed by Splendid Film in Germany?

Also still waiting for your reply about the case.

You really should check instead of assuming it is something else, especially when you have the disc. And please let us know about the "limited edition" case.

Is it a metal box with a keep case inside? Metalpak? Steelbook?

So the Amazon listing of “Metalpak” is wrong, but is in fact a Steelbook case?

Because there is a normal edition, and you listed “Limited Edition, with the appropriate ASIN.
There seemed to be no difference in extras comparing the two versions, it seemed the case or the cover was the difference.

But you listed “Keep Case”, while Amazon Germany says “Metalpak”. I asked and you said it wasn’t a keep case but a metal case. And there are many types - Tin case, Metalpak, Futurepak, Steelbook, etc.

We’d like to know which is right.

Look, we ask questions because you often make mistakes - saying the Hitchcock trailer is on the disc and then changing your story, saying it was a Keep Case and changing that too. If you don’t want us to ask these questions, it would be helpful to write your information correctly. So please let us know which is the correct case. If you don’t know, take a picture and please show us.

Hi Asmund,

we certainly don't want you to leave, but we only ask questions to ensure the data is as accurate as possible. When it comes to releases outside territories we are not personally familiar with, it can be harder and then of course, the language barriers from posters being in different countries, and specs from discs that are from different countries again, can cause misunderstandings!

It's a long process, and although it can be tiresome and feel like we are being nitpicky, there is a reason behind it, and we are thankful that you do check things!

Thanks! 8)
I work away a lot but I will reply to all PM's within a few days so please have patience!
