Additional notes:
1. The American "Shout! Factory" DVD is currently listed as "Unset" and needs to be corrected.
2. Shout! Factory DVD correct runtimes are:
The Film (83:03)
The Film with Elvira segments (98:43)
It is also a non-progressive transfer (24p not available)
Source: I own it
3. Runtime differences between releases:
Code Red Blu-ray runtime is: 84:12. This is longer than the currently listed DVD releases.
Shout! Factory DVD correct runtime is: 83:03.
Artus Films DVD runtime is 77:17 PAL, equivalent to just 80:30, suggesting it is in fact cut. The database currently states it is uncut. I don't own it, so I can't provide any details.
I don't have a complete explanation for the difference in runtime between the Code Red Blu-ray and the Shout! Factory DVD. However, I own both, so I started comparing them. I noticed that on the Shout! Factory DVD, there was a few seconds of missing footage at about 2:50. This is mid-scene, and the audio jumps too, so it is presumably due to print damage on the source material. I haven't checked any further, but I suspect there is further missing footage due to print damage throughout the Shout! Factory release. I have only watched it once before, but while the DVD itself was released in 2006, I do remember that it looked like the transfer was considerably older, and is quite low quality. This probably also explains why it is a non-anamorphic, non-progressive transfer.
In conclusion, I recommend adding something along the lines of the following to the DVD page:
R1 America - Shout! Factory - No cuts as such, but has missing frames due to print damage (83:03 NTSC)
R2 France - Artus Films - Cut status unknown - equivalent 24fps runtime of 80:30 suggests it is cut - details unknown (77:17 PAL)
