The UK 4K+Blu-ray release is uncut and has the most extras.
The US, French, and German 2017 UK releases have some differing exclusive extras, though note they are missing some footage. Note the German release has forced subtitles.
The trailers and title card erroneously sport a "Dolby Stereo" logo but the film was mixed in mono with Dolby noise reduction.
