Who played the young Merrin (in scenes of Africa) in Exorcist II?

Max Von Sydow as far as I know.Remember he was made up to look far older in the original film.

You know what's interesting about Father Merrin. When Max von Sydow played him in the original film, he was 44. When Stellan Skarsgård played a younger version of him in the prequel(s), he was 51!
