It seems to be no longer listed on amazon.com.

It is listed on Blu-ray.com, with a link to amazon.com that no longer works:

I found it listed on amazon.co.uk, but it is probably not the original ASIN:

The runtimes of the extras are only a second off. This is something that depends on DVD players so we'll keep the runtimes as is.
Updated the rest.

Regarding the runtimes, yes I believe different players use different methods of rounding runtimes (rounding up or rounding down). Also, I remember that for at least some of these extras e.g. the Sneak Peeks, each item would consist of 2 chapters, one chapter for the item, and a second chapter consisting of just 1 or 2 seconds of black. So the runtime of the actual item was 1 or 2 seconds shorter than the total.

You haven't included the year of creation of the featurettes. Is there a reason for this? The years ARE included for the same extras on the Blu-ray page:

https://www.dvdcompare.net/comparisons/ ... ?fid=58732

Also, you did not include the number of images in the gallery, nor the note:

"All extras are in English with no subtitles."
