I am not sure because I have only stereo set-up but it is not definitely mono. Here is screenshot of BDinfo if you could arrive at a conclusion.

If they were surround tracks they would be labeled as "surround" in BDinfo. As you said they are definitely not mono and have stereo separation, will label as "stereo". Added!
