Not got the setup... if I'm honest, I'm waiting for the TV prices to drop... you can get a half decent 3D payer for under 100, but TVs are still pricey.

Watched My Bloody Valentine in 3D earlier. Not bad, some good depth and a few decent in-your-face moments. Worth grabbing cheap.

I don't like 3D a bit. Makes no difference at all.

Saw that one in the cinema, was a good 3D showcase. Has anyone seen Universal Soldier 4 in 3D yet?

My buddy saw it a few days ago. Hated every second of it. I watched it on DVD, hated too.

:o Fair play, I thought it was one of the best DTVs in years. It had ambition.

Just watched the UK 3D release of Silent Hill: Revelation (will add specs) and the film was disappointing, though they did well to try and keep a narrative following on from the underrated first movie. I'd give the film a generous 2.5/5 but the 3D a 4/5.

I have the same problem with 3D as you do Mark only it's my left eye.
Feel free to message me if you feel like geeking out over films.

Watched War Flowers in 3D:
http://www.dvdcompare.net/review.php?rid=2822

The worst 3D I've seen. It was practically non-existant. I actually picked the movie up for Christina Ricci. She was awful, but I'm still surprised her career has gone down as low as this.

Watched Dial M for Murder in 3D. This was my first 'vintage' experience and it was okay overall. Some horrible ringing at times and often a little flat but the subtlety of the 3D was good. Not a showcase or anything, but it was enjoyable to see an older film this way. Thinking about grabbing The Creature from the Black Lagoon.

Had The Hobbit and Life of Pi since release of both but waiting for the weekend to watch with a couple of people. The wait is killing me.

Ended up watching Life of Pi yesterday and just finished off the extras. This is a reference quality set (I grabbed the UK steelbook). Beautiful.

I'm at about 70 3D titles now (20 or so unwatched), but today ordered Bait for just £7 from Amazon. Heard this has decent 3D, and I did love all the underwater segments from Shark Night. Looking forward to it. Of course, I can't wait for the Blu-ray of the next Hobbit film. :)

Finally ordered Creature from the Black Lagoon (3D) because it's stupidly cheap as part of Amazon's 2 for £10 deal:

Kung Fu Hustle is getting a 3D theatrical release in China:

Hopefully this means a 3D Blu in the not so distant future. The movie has so many scenes which could look great with a good conversion.

Last night I viewed "Hidden 3D". Surprisingly good native 3D with some nice depth and a couple of cracking pop outs. Shame the film was below average.

Just finished watching Green Hornet, a film I always thought was under-appreciated. 3D here is not too great. Only makes a difference in a few scenes, and even some that should have exploited the 3D looked a little flat. AFAIK it is a conversion.

Last night I viewed "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" which had similar 3D quality to "Open Season" and "Monster House". Good, effective, solid, but there are better 3D animated movies out there. 3D = 7/10

Just now watched "StreetDance" which is sort of like the British "Step-Up" but with much worse choreography and acting. The 3D isn't as good as the 3D "Step-Up" movies I've seen (3 and 4) either, but not to worry, as still above average. 3D = 7/10

Watched StreetDance 2 which was better than the first but again, not up to "Step-Up" standards. Much better choreography, much more polished editing, slightly more depth to the 3D and a couple of sneaky pop outs. Film: 5/10, 3D: 8/10.
