Decent performances from the kids, some nice humor here and there with their interactions. Bill Skarsgård nails it as Pennywise and delivers a chilling performance. It was entertaining but nothing mind-blowing here as the usual horror tropes where scattered throughout the film - jump scares, sharp score, dutched angles, etc. 6.5/10.

Just been to this in 3D also. Really enjoyed it but I can certainly see why people find it slow. I preferred the director's previous films (especially Sicario and Arrival), but still give this an easy 4/5. I can't wait for his adaptation of Jo Nesbo's The Son.
