4. The booklet is 20 pages.
5. Also includes an art card, which is a mock-up "Certificate of Assurance" for Blood-A-Rama Triple Frightmare II, similar to what was sometimes handed out to cinemagoers at screenings of horror movies during that era.

A couple of things:
1. The typo still needs fixing on:

(GOddesses -> Goddesses) in the link to the other page.
2. You haven't mentioned the art card. I included the details really just for your information, but in the database you could simply change the second line of notes to read:
Comes with a 20-page booklet by Something Weird's Lisa Petrucci, and one art card.
Well, that is unless you don't consider it to be an art card. I guess it's debatable! Alternatively, you could perhaps write the line as:
Comes with a 20-page booklet by Something Weird's Lisa Petrucci, and a mock-up "Certificate of Assurance" card.
Or you could choose not to mention the card at all - I'll leave it up to you!
