This film appears to have been released twice by Arrow. This is the second release, “Special Edition” on the cover art.

Although it doesn't mention Arrow, I believe https://www.thedigitalfix.com/film/cont ... -montreal/ is a review from 2003 of the first Arrow release. I don’t know if this review is enough to add the first Arrow release to the comparison, but perhaps the comparison should at least mention that the first Arrow release exists, as it is so inferior to the second one. There are two ASINs: B00009W36A and B01F460SQU (wildly different prices!)

https://www.thedigitalfix.com/film/cont ... -montreal/ seems to be a review from 2006 of the second Arrow release. Its description of the first release matches the description in the first review, and it also matches the DVD that I’ve seen.
