Note that the other R2 DVDs are likely to have the same specs as the UK DVD, as the specs appear to be identical (based on the current listings).

Updated. After researching, the UK DVD was released in 2001 and the 2006 release that Amazon listed obviously appears to be a re-release, so I'm sticking with 2001.

As I said, I expect the other Region 2 DVDs have the same specs as the UK. I cannot confirm this, but given that they all have identical runtimes, extras and language/subtitle options, I would be very surprised if they were different, especially the aspect ratios. Whether you change them to reflect this is up to you!

I have just checked the page again, and it seems the other R2 releases have been updated regarding the trailer runtimes. However, their aspect ratios are still listed as 1.85:1, when I strongly suspect they would be 1.78:1, as per the UK DVD.
