Additional notes:

1. I have not been able to determine the precise release year for this release. I think perhaps it was first released on DVD in the UK in 2000, but the back of the case of my copy states copyright 2004. It also has a sticker on the front celebrating 80 years of MGM (founded in 1924), so it may have been re-released as part of this anniversary.
2. The subtitle options are slightly different to what is currently listed.
3. The extras do not appear to include an "Introductory letter by Clive Barker".
4. My copy does not include the 8 page booklet, so perhaps this was in the first pressing only.

A couple of things:

1. It seems the aspect ratio has been changed to 1.73:1 for the German and Polish DVDs, but not the UK one. Can this be fixed?

2. For the UK DVD, the subtitle options are not as I listed them. I originally wrote them in the order they appear in the onscreen menu. In the database the list appears to be in alphabetical order, which is not a problem, and I think is the normal convention. However, it is missing Dutch, missing English HoH, and incorrectly includes French which is not available. The full list in alphabetical order should be:

Danish, Dutch, English, Englsh HoH, Finnish, German, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish

We always list them in English alphabetical order. Not in the menu order. Fixed.

The subtitles as listed in the database still do not include English HoH, which is an option, and do include French, but there are no French subtitles, at least not on the UK DVD I own, which is copyright 2004.

Thanks James, yes that seems to be fine now.

It looks like you've updated the specs for Germany and Poland too, to match the UK entry. I am guessing the reason for the lack of French subtitles and French soundtrack on these releases, which is unusual given the number of choices of other European language options, might be connected to the fact that the French DVD has the theatrical version only. Perhaps MGM did not want the French market to have easy access to the director's cut, although I don't know why that might have been.
