The UK Steelbook edition includes the most extras, whilst the Studio Hamburg German release and the US release feature alternative scores. Note that the German release has three featurettes on the restoration which are combined into the "On the Restoration" featurette of the UK release.
Note the 50 minute "Caligari: Wie Der Horror ins Kino Kam" documentary is titled "Caligari: How Horror Came to the Cinema" on the US disc, and "Caligari: The Birth of Horror in the First World War" on the UK disc.
