Between the UK, German and Scandinavian releases for the uncut version in the original theatrical aspect ratio and the extras.
R-Rated Version:
The US/Canadian releases for the extras. Only minor language differences.
GENERAL NOTES:
The US R-rated version is not cut for violence but is cut to remove some brief dialogue exchanges presumably removed so as not to alienate pro-NRA audience members including the mention of a particular firearms manufacturer and a bit about the effect of gun violence in America annually. The cut material clarified the films anti-gun, anti-vigilante stance.
