Purists might also want the R0 "Mondo Crash Cinema" release for the alternate "clothed" Spanish tneatrical version (mediocre quality).
Like many Spanish horror films from the period before General Franco's death in 1975 this exists in two versions; the "clothed" Spanish theatrical version and the "unclothed" International version.
Whatever you do, skip the US "budget-releases", like "Cult Horror Collection" set (St. Clair Vision), "Deadtime Stories - 10 Movies Set" (Brentwood), and "Horror Rises from the Grave - 4 Movies Set" (Brentwood).
