The two cuts are distinguished by an innocuous six minute teaser encompassing the first chapter. As such, the re-release is not a separate encoding or a branching option; selecting the re-release cut option from the main menu just starts the film at chapter 2 with the opening credits (the liner notes state that the distributor simply lopped off this prologue for the reissue version titled "Massage Parlor Hookers").
