Italian version is a clear winner with anamorphic status, English and original Italian audio, and uncut status. Take no substitute.
Make sure you get the correct Italian disc and not the poor 'DeAgostini' version which is cut, non-anamorphic and extras free. -
CUTS:
- R1 America- Image Entertainment - No cuts as such, but still missing some minor bits of dialogue throughout, and is also missing a 5-second flashback sequence when Eva is sitting on the bench. This version runs 86 minutes, while the original Italian version is approximately 90 minutes.
- R2 France- Néo Publishing/PVB Editions - No known cuts (~86min PAL).
- R2 Germany- E-M-S - Yes, the film is cut by ~2min. Details are unknown.
- R2 Germany- Laser Paradise - Yes - A short segment (about 2,5 seconds long) is missing from this release: After the separated head is thrown on the road, the "after-thrown" shot of the headless dead one is missing.
- R2 Italy- Minerva Pictures / Horror Club - No cuts.
- R2 Italy- Minerva Pictures / Horror Club (DEAGOSTINI) - Yes - A short segment (about 2,5 seconds long) is missing from this release: After the separated head is thrown on the road, the "after-thrown" shot of the headless dead one is missing.
- R2 Japan- Creative Axa - Cut status is currently unknown.
- R2 United Kingdom- Hardgore/Screen Entertainment - No censor cuts, but still missing some minor bits of dialogue throughout, and is also missing a 5-second flashback sequence when Eva is sitting on the bench (85:32 PAL).
