OVERALL: Draw

The 2016 and 2021 "Director's Cut" editions include both versions of the film, a new featurette, and all the extras from the identical standard US and Brazilian releases. Note the 2021 releases have a remastered transfer.
The "Stardate Collection" has 2 bonus discs of extras.
The US and UK "50th Anniversary TV and Movie Collection" have the 50th anniversary bonus disc.

The initial pressings of the US "Director's Cut" Blu-ray discs had a mastering error causing wrong dialogue and picture synchronization in one scene.
Paramount US responded with the following statement:
