UK - Anchor Bay box set or the Japanese box set for the additional extras, new transfers and DTS audio track. Do note, the R1 MGM release has a few exclusive extras (including the original Mono track), but it's non-anamorphic and OOP.

There is also a vanilla release available from Anchor Bay UK under there 'Horror Classics' label which should be avoided.
