OVERALL: Draw
The US/Canada Vinegar Syndrome and UK releases have both cuts of the film (with the director's cut including 2 aspect ratio options for the UK release) and the best set of extras. Do note, the presentation for Theatrical Version on the Vinegar Syndrome release is sourced from a 4K scan while the UK release is sourced from the original NTSC VHS release.
