GENERAL NOTES:
The film was shot on 35mm film but originally finished with standard definition video; as such, it exists in two versions:
- the standard definition NTSC video version featuring the digitally-animated original title sequence and CGI effects;
- the high definition remaster in which the 35mm film was rescanned but the title sequence and digital effects were newly-created rather than the originals upscaled or recreated. -

- R0 United Kingdom- Film 2000 - No cuts - original NTSC version (71:29 NTSC-to-PAL).
- R1 America- Wizard Entertainment - No cuts - original NTSC version (71:24 NTSC).
- R1 When Puppets and Dolls Attack! America- Echo Bridge Home Entertainment - No cuts - original NTSC version (71:25 NTSC)
