    OVERALL: Draw

R2 German -release is uncut, but R0 UK -release has exclusive interview.

This film is also known as:
    -The Night the Creatures Came
    -The Night the Silicates Came

  •

    CUTS:

    • R0 CE United Kingdom- DD Video - "UK theatrical version". This release is missing a brief shot from the "hand chopping"-scene (at the 66:13 mark). In the longer version, you´ll see the axe (by Edward Judd) sever the hand, and then two squirts of blood comes out (about 1-2 second shot). This cut has always been there in the UK (but e.g. US "MCA Universal" VHS of the film has the scene intact).
    • R2 France- DVDY Films - Same as the UK-version.
    • R2 Germany- CCI - Cult Cinema International - 83:20 min - PAL. Uncut (FSK 16), includes the "Hand chopping"-shot.
