    OVERALL: Draw

    - R0 Italian offers both English and Italian audio, with optional English subtitles. It has also an English friendly featurette.
    - R2 German also offers both English and Italian audio, but it has no English subtitles. It offers different extras, which are not English friendly.
    - R1 US has only English audio, but it offers an exclusive audio commentary.

    Whichever you choose, yoou should stay away from R0 US and R2 France, which are not Anamorphic.

    General note:
    When the film was released in the US by American International Pictures, some takes of violent scenes (e.g. the killing of the doctor) had been softened, the order of some scenes had been shuffled, and music had been rescored by Les Baxter. The editions detailed in this comparison are all the original uncut version.
