The only version we're currently aware of.
NOTE:
Object Z is a six-part science fiction serial that was one of a long line of such things produced as a response to the BBC's Quatermass serials (1953-59). The first 6-parter survives intact and is on the BFI release. Sadly, the sequel - Object Z Returns (1966) - no longer exists in the Rediffusion archives and is lost. A victim of the mass junkings of videotaped television that ended in the 1970s. -
