OVERALL: Draw

Between the R1 Unrated and R2 France 'Ultimate for the longer European version, DTS audio and extras.

The R2 French 'Ultimate Edition' is THX certified and includes an isolated music score, audio commentary [French] and additional extras, but is less English Friendly then the R3 Hong Kong SE release what includes a DTS-ES track and English subtitles for the extras. The R1 Unrated includes different extras to the French release, plus the option to see the 'Full Length Action Scenes' from other regions included into the movie with additional scenes [Extended version]. Do note the R1 picture is slightly cropped.

If you want the "American R-Rated" version get the R1 or R4 release for a DTS track and best extras. Do note that the R1 and R4 contain different extras from one another.
