OVERALL: Draw
- R0 UK has both English and Italian soundtracks, and probably the best extras, most of which are exclusive to this release.
- R0 America has also English and Italian soundtracks, and a different set of extras.
- R2 Italy has also English and Italian soundtracks and features an exclusive audio commentary, but it isn't English friendly.
- R2 CE France has no Italian, but it offers an exclusive English DTS mix, as well as many exclusive extras (including the audio commentary found on the Italian release). However, French subtitles are forced and the extras are not English friendly.
- R2 Artus Films' France DVD features a 2K scan and new extras.
- R1 US/Canada 2025 Deluxe Limited Edition, while having only the theatrical version (and Composer's Cut) on 4K and Blu-ray, includes the US theatrical "Seven Doors of Death" version on DVD with its own set of minor yet exclusive extras. Do note, it's presented in 1.50:1 as the only surviving source for this version is from the original analogue one-inch video master.
